We just upgraded our licenses to R7, I got the license key and the serial number
but when I try to upgrade the keys on Zoo7, it asks for the previous version key, where i should get that?
If your previous version was a post-2015 V5 or a V6, you should have an e-mail somewhere with the license keys… (if you kept it). Pre-2015 V5 and earlier version keys were still printed on paper.
If you cannot find your license key but you have the serial numbers and the validation e-mail address, you can look up the license key here: https://www.rhino3d.com/license/find/
