Update zoo Licence Rhino 5 to Rhino7

hello,
i have two licenses Rhino 5.0 integrated in m Zoo server.
i ordered the upgrade for the two licenses.
i received licences with RH70-XX .

but when i want to upgrade the Rhino 5.0 licenses i need using the RH50-XX reference and i only have a number with 4-1500-XX

how can i obtain the right reference for license?

Hi @Davenne, the “4-XXX…” strings are serial numbers that correspond to a license key. You will have received the license keys when you purchased Rhino 5. If you can’t find them, please try using “Find your license key” or you can contact Sales.
