Unroll network surface

See, the problem is that not all surfaces are unrollable. You need to check if it is a developable surface. If it is, only then can it be unrolled

Another way to check if a surface is developable (assuming the surface is degree 1 with two control points in one direction). Create a ruling line: ExtractIsocurve command in the degree 1 direction at the desired location.
