Unable to refresh license for Karamba3D 123

Hi everyone! I have an Educational License for Karamba3D, Since yesterday I´ve received this error message (yellow triangle)

when opening Rhino7. Then I click on "try again " and it shows the error (red “X”).

I type “Karamba3DGetLicense” and open Grasshopper (As usual) it works fine but the message (yellow triangle) appears constantly on the screen. I don’t know what to do because it says that in 70 hours will close Karamba.
Does anyone have a hint on this?

We have never seen this message before, as the licenses are hosted on the McNeel Servers, it might be best to maybe add a license tag so that the team from Mcneel can help. Or try to email them directly.
