Tuning colors

Hello!
Checking those UI colors in 8.0.23286.1003

• After switching to dark mode, the tooltips show a white border:
  
  

After restarting Rhino, they look ok:

When switching back to light mode, it looks ok immediately:

• Resizing the calculator doesn’t look too good:
  

• Package manager:
  The search field shouldn’t have the same color as the background. I’d also set the word ‘Search’ to white. Generally, meaning also in all other search fields.
  

  
  
  In light mode, contrast is better:
  

• This dialog looks unfinished yet:
  

  

• Not that I need it that often, but:
  

  
  
  Selected items in the list are less bright than unselected ones?

• Keyboard shortcuts. Could the background be a little more subtle? Something else than white.

Hi Eugen- Got it, thanks, I’ll check these.

The first item is fixed, here.
Resizing the calculator also looks clean in the latest builds here.

Resizing the calculator also looks clean in the latest builds here.

It still flickers here, same as before.

Some others I found:

Switching from dark to light mode does not update the property panel immediately.
When trying it for a second time, it works, though.

That’s something that is not possilble to get fixed without it getting completely redone → RH-76438 FileExplorer: Light in dark mode
I believe the plan is to merge this somehow with the “Libraries” panel at some point.
