When I open Rhino8 no toolbars are shown. I have to reset my toolbars every time I open it. Super annoying. How can I solve this? Image for reference
Hi Chris - does this happen every single time you open Rhino? we have seen it and we have a fix, in theory in, but it is very rare and hard to reprtoduce so far here.

Hi Pascal. The first time I opened Rhino8 the toolbars were in their proper place. But every time Rhino8 crashes I have to reset my toolbars with the ToolBarReset command upon reopening. Hope that helps. I’ve found an easy way to make Rhino8 crash is to try opening a .stp file with it.
Hi Chris - can you post or send to tech@mcneel.com one of these? I just opned a step file here with no problems so far, so it may be file specific. In any case it is clearly a bad thing to be crashing… are you sending in the crash reports?
Please also send the output from the SystemInfo
command in Rhino.

I’ve only tried once and thought it was rhino7 that crashed. Didn’t realize I was opening it in Rhino8 so I didn’t send in the report. I can’t post for NDA reasons and I can’t email as the file is too large.

This sounds an awful lot like:
