Toolbar tabs and mousewheel

In (9.0.26174.12303, 2026-06-23) the mousewheel doesn’t work anymore for tab switching.
Only when the mouse is over the tabs.

I now tried on the oldest version of the Rhino 9 WIP that hasn’t expired and that seems to always have been the case.

When this is functional again, then it could also help for #4 in this:

New Osnap/Filter panel

Osnap and Filter now have icons. They are confusing. In this small size, they don’t look good. The quad points are barely visible: [image] When the toolbar icons are enlarged, i.e. 32, the Osnap icons stay tiny. Too small on a high res screen. When the left sidebar is resized to 2 columns, the text vanishes, then there are only icons. Not a bad idea. But then they are no longer organized in lines. Yes I know that would be new, it wasn’t there ever before.
