Toolbar disappeared

Running Rhino 4,o on Windows 10. (Yeah, I know it’s ancient, but it was working fine for me. Maybe you can help.)

One of the toolbars disappeared. It happens to be the Right hand one in the first screen shot in the thread “Disappearing toolbars!” May 2019. Of course, I use it all the time.

I can’t find it in the list of toolbars to load.

Can you help?

you mean this screenshot ?

toolbar names should be:

main
main1
main2

standard

call
_toolbar
not sure if there is a reset button in Version 4

_toolbarReset
not sure if this command existed in V4

Yeah. The one that’s missing on my system is “standard”. Both of those commands do exist on my system, but the “standard” toolbar doesn’t show in the toolbar command. I’ll try to reload Rhino. I have the disk, but I don’t remember whether I need a secret code from McNeel, and wheher they will bless me with it.

Thanks for getting involved.

There is a backup of the Rhino 4 Default.tb file in:
C:\ProgramData\McNeel\Rhinoceros\4.0\default_backup.tb

You can import the missing toolbar from the backup.

(EDIT shortening - as John Brock solved the topic above)
please run
_toolbar
file → open… see John Brock above…

V7 the toolbar file here:
C:\Users<current user>\AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\7.0\UI\default.rui

another guess might be, that some positions got beyond the display / monitor size …
maybe try to change display resolution up and down ? - just guessing.

@Tom_P
V4 used “TB” files. RUI files were started with V5.

I reloaded Rhino and everything is fine. (Amazingly, RhinoCAM didn’t need to be re-installed!)
