Hi,
I’m using BlockAttributeTexts to create “room stamps”, which are linked to polylines to get the area if a room. But even though the AnnotationStyle i used (in fact all AnnotationStyles in the document) use 0.01 resolution, the displayed resolution is way too high. Anyone know why?
Thanks in advance
Jasper
Ok i know what the problem is. The precision of the BlockAttributeTexts seems to be tied to the DisplayPrecision of the whole document and not the Linear Resolution of Annotation Style. That doesnt make any sense, does it? It seems like a bug to me.
Could someone try to reproduce this issue?
Is it true that this bug is only targeted to be fixed in Rhino 8?
This makes working with room stamps basically impossible, if you don’t want to switch back and forth between display precisions every time you want to plot your plans. And I can’t imagine it being particulary hard to fix (althoug obviously i have no clue). We’re switching from AutoCAD to Rhino in our office right now and room stamps are quite a essential feature we use almost every day. And I really wouldn’t enjoy switching back tbh
Amazing, thanks a lot!!
