The little animations explaining the tool in my help do not work -

Hi Brian.
The help runs via Internet Explorer and requires both its flash plugin and java to be up to date.
Try to update IExplorer and both plugins.
what windows arw you on?

Report back if it does not work after the updates.

I see you have a Firefox icon on your taskbar. You may need to manually install the flash player for IE because I found that the automatic update focused on Firefox. It wouldn’t work for me either until I manually installed the flash player for IE.
