Texture Mapping Issues - unexpected mapping results and Rendered/Raytrace difs

I thought this was going to be easy but I can’t figure out what is going on.

Am trying to map the following textures onto this booth.

I planar mapped the 4 faces I wanted mapped, selected the faces individually and applied the material that has the texture. The textures are the same proportion as the surfaces they are being applied to.

The textures on the left/right are flipped and the textures on the end are…I don’t know.

Also not sure why I am getting this strip. The texture is the exact size of that wall and the map is snapped to the whole wall.

Also…This is what I get when I Raytrace.


I would consider this a defect. At a min Rendered and Raytrace should display mapping the same.

Not sure how to diagnose the problems because, as far as I can tell, I’ve done the steps correctly.
