Team - disable Domain integration

Hi there,

we have domain integration activated for the Team we use in Cloud Zoo - works great and everything. But for ~reasons~ we are leaving our current SSO provider and (for the moment) not replacing it.

So is there a way to disable the domain integration feature once it was enabled?

Or do I need to delete the team for this and recreate a new one without domain integration? (wouldn’t be the end of the world, it has less than 10 members)

The important thing is that it needs to be possible continue to sign up / in with the @company.com emails - or is our domain useless for Rhino if we move away from the current SSO?

Hi Alexander, Sorry for the delay. If you have a domain-linked team that you wan to unlink, please reach out to support@mcneel.com and I’ll take care of this for you.

The user accounts and team will remain intact. Instead of the organisation’s login method, all members will be able to login by having a link sent to their email address. One logged in they can set a password if they wish. New team members will need to be invited manually.
