Surface can't be extended with different base point

After using “setbasepoint” this surface won’t extend in the direction of the arrow.

(Not sure why the file is 4mb large all of a sudden… I only did “export selection” on a simple surface and simple arrow.)

What I see is that the surface extends more or less depending the point clicked. Clicking the surface at the shortest side allows me to extend the surface more than on the longest side. Do you see the same?

RH-84811 ExtendSrf: does not extend always

Ah, I should have clarified: It’s only when I set the base point in the corner of the short side that it won’t extend at all for me.

I think the YT I made should cover this.
