Subobjects display colors not working for multiple faces

Hi all,

I’ve received a file with objects whose sub-objects have display colors assigned. I wanted to clear those by setting my selection filter and ctrl-a for select all, and then change the display color to layer. This only works for one face at a time and not if i select them all,.

Try RemovePerFaceColors… (no need to subobject select)

Works! But the other way (might) be more intuitive. Thanks for a <1min response

That works in the Rhino 8 WIP by changing Display Color > (Varies) to By Layer:

(looks like there’s a wee buglet in there that I’ll write up now…)

Puurrrfect thanks, Wim! In Rhino 7 it just said per layer instead of (Varies) when I did that.
