SubDs are not shading in latest WIP

Hi,

I downloaded the latest WIP (7.0.20021.12255, 21.01.2020) and tried to work with SubDs. Unfortunately SubDs are not shading anymore. Display mode is set to shaded but I only see wireframes.

Cheers,

Detlef

I’m not seeing this. How does it look with NURBS surfaces and/or meshes?

  • Andy

Hi Andy,

nurbs and meshes are shading perfectly. See screenshot.

cheers,

Detlef

Hi Detlef - I take it that you have updated to the latest WIP this week and that the issue persists?
Please post the result of the Rhino SystemInfo command.

Hi Wim,
I found the issue. It seams like one of our RH6 Plugins is creating the issue. I unloaded it and SubDs are shading perfectly.

cheers,

Detlef

Thanks for that update, Detlef.

I see that your GPU drivers are from 2017 and updating them could perhaps be worth a shot. Then again, if you don’t need to run that plug-in that is causing this and all else works fine, you might as well leave them as they are. I’m still running the June 2018 drivers for my GeForce GTX 860M…
