SubD Topology problem

First time try to model a shoe with subd and i got stuck with this problem: cant achive a better topology, nice faces and isocurve that goes in a ring not intersecting each other
can some one pls geve me an help? is it just a manual work of small add and remove edges/faces?
Can u pls sugest me a workflow that can prevent this type of problem in the future?

do all your topo repair in box mode, it will maker it a lot easier

depending on what you are trying to accomplish- this may work

it also may make sense to retopo this manually and build topo that flows a bit better.

make paperdoll flat pieces with topo flow you want-, then project them to this model.

I had a go at a manual re topo-

you can refine from here obviously, but it’s a very simple, very clean topo that you can build from.

the problem with quadremesh is it makes some crazy edge structures that can be hard to work with.

when I use that tool, I reduce the quad count to the very very minimum and then refine the part from there-
