im new to subd and i tried making this vase. The surface is not smooth on the edges and you can see that in the 3D-print. Is there a way to rebuild the surface?

That’s a really great example of really bad topology. Here’s a “cheat sheet” on how to best make your sub-d (or mesh, for that matter) objects clean.
In this case, it’s a simple cube,and a similar shape can easily be done with all quads - here’s what it looks like if you just select the current version and run QuadRemesh with the parameters shown.

I tried using the Quadremesh but the settings were to high.
I dont really understand anything from the “cheat sheet” but im always trying to improve my Rhino skills.
