SubD Toolbar missing

I can’t find the SubD toolbar. Neither by ShowToolbar nor Workspace editor.
SubD commands are active.

Piotr, you might have to run the ToolbarReset command. Remember to save first if you have customized the default toolbars.

I had the same problem. Just run the " ToolbarReset " command and then restart Rhino Whip.
