Sub object selection downgraded?

As you can see in the video, sub object selection in rhino8 does not work as in rhino7.

I think this didn’t ever work as expected…

There is a setting in advanced options…
Something like
subobject highlight
Turn it of.

Rhino.Options.General.MouseOverHighlightSubObjects did the trick.
