Strange graphical artifacts on Rhino startup

I recently got a new laptop with a stronger graphics card (nVidia GeForce 3050 TI Laptop) and processor (i7-12700H) for better rendering and performance overall. Upon redownloading Rhino, I immediately came across strange graphical artifacts that severely inhibit my ability to use Rhino.

Upon startup, it looks normal. However, as soon as I attempt to move anything at all, strange black artifacts appear. The only fix to this I have found is to slide OpenGL all the way to the minimum, which disables the graphics card and uses internal graphics, kind of defeating the purpose. Anyone else come across something like this? Or did my laptop ship with a dud card?

Thanks!

Hello- please run the SystemInfo command in Rhino and copy/paste the results here.
