New to rhino

hello every one
I’m very new to using Rhino. My last model shows some fragmented gray color on the surface. I don’t know, is it a sign of problems or mistakes in modeling or is it normal things that might be related to graphic cards or something different?? any help, please??

thank you in advance and best regard.
Maher

Is your model very far from the world origin?

Also, please run SystemInfo in Rhino and copy/paste the results here.

Hi Helvetosaur

thanks for your replay
I moved the model to zero origin, and it helped, but there are still a little bit of gray triangulations, as you can see in the new screenshot.

so if this was the case, it is not a real problem, right? I mean I will not face any problem when I start rendering and putting materials on the model, right?

And as you asked, her is the SystemInfo:

@Maher_Khaddam the artifacts left are caused by long mesh edges. It’s a common problem in shaded modes that use ambient occlusion. If you modify your mesh settings and change the max. aspect ratio to a low number (say between 3 and 6) does it improve?

And maybe buy a legitimate license?

Hi Gijs
thank you for your help, but actually, I could not find where to change the ratio you are mensioning😥

Helvetosaur
I have a student license

Not according to your system info… Where did you acquire it?
