I am looking for any tutorial or detailed example of step-by-step description of creating the human face or similar object in Rhino.

Hello - this does not exactly answer the query directly but, for this, it would probably be much, much easier to use SubD modeling, as in the WIP/V7 of Rhino. There are doubtless many tutorials on modeling faces using SubD, though not necessarily in Rhino.
