Some Grasshopper plugins not loading

Hi all,
I just got a new windows laptop, and I’m installing a bunch of Grasshopper plugins. Some appear correctly in the Components folder, but they don’t load when I open Grasshopper. There is no error, they just don’t appear. When I try to delete the gha file while Rhino/Grasshopper is open, it says that the file is in use, even though the plugin isn’t showing up in Grasshopper.

Any idea what would cause this?

Unblock the plugin files?

Is there an error message in the Rhino command history when you load Grasshopper? You may have to unblock the gha file, I don’t know how pufferfish installs. Files downloaded from the interwebs will be blocked by Windows from running until you unblock them via the file properties.
