Solved: UV Unwrap doesn't match in substance

My issue was I had an extra mapping channel

I’m trying to export my model from rhino 8 to adobe substance painter.
This is what it looks like in rhino 8 in the UV editor:


And this is what it looks like in substance (I also checked in blender and the same thing happened)

This happens for both fbx and obj files.

Any ideas why/how I can fix it?

I think one potential issue was I had an extra mapping channel, however I still get this problem when exporting a polysurface. If I export it as a mesh I don’t have the same problem for this piece, but problems with another piece.
