Solidworks files (in Japanese) import to Rhino 5

Hello;

First of all, I am sorry for my English, this is not my native language.

I am trying to import Solidworks files to Rhino, but does somehow not work. After the import, there is nothing I can select, the hole layer seems to be empty. Rhino does also not show any error message.
Since my colleague made these files in Japanese, could this be the reason for this problem?

Maybe it depends which version of Solidworks is used. According to me the Rhino does not support Solidworks 2015 and newer.
