I wanted to adjust a polysurface and change its extrusion but it doesn’t let me snap on to an object or point while extruding. Is there any option to do this? It’s a novice question, I’ve just used Rhino today. I’ve uploaded a video in the hopes of explaining it further. Cheers.

Your video doesn’t play here but it sounds like you need to change the Gumball to “Snappy Dragging” mode:
