Snap not working quad or int on simple line with circle

simple circle with line from centre A to bottom B, yet linear dim snaps to A but then wont snap to it at B.
normally set to rad15 for snaps and no problems, try for 20, still not very ‘magnetic’ !

we take them for granted but when snaps dont snap one cannot work !

Snaps fine here.

can you send a screen shot showing your whole screen including osnap options

and send the report generated from the systeminfo command in rhino.

Hi, screen attached , but SystemInfo command doesnt exist in V5.

is the circle rotated off 90? can you turn the points on?

circle sits planar and I can turn points on.

Works fine in V5 here, but always turn Perp off when snapping from a circle center to a quad point, because Perp from center snaps everywhere on the circle, and you really have to get close to get the Quad snap to light up.

I was asking to see the points to see how they were oriented- sorry, I was not clear what I was asking.
