Skin DLL not loading when /nosplash parameter is passed to rhino.exe

I’ve noticed that including /nosplash in the rhino.exe command line, when a /scheme parameter is also included to use a skin DLL, prevents the .rhs skin DLL from loading. However, the selected scheme is still used. If I remove the /nosplash parameter, the skin DLL is properly loaded.

I’m pretty sure this wasn’t happening some moths ago. And it’s not happening on Rhino 8.
