Single object deleting slow

Hello Everyone.

Would need some help on one issue .
I’m using a file that suddenly takes much time (like 7seconds or more) to execute simple command as:

  • deleting even one object
  • making a boolean substraction on a simple set of objets

some other command of object creation does not make problem though

Would Someone have an idea of how to solve the problem? or maybe what’s the hardware element that would cause the problem?

Yours sincerily

Vincent

Sorry you’re having problems.
Please run the Rhino “SystemInfo” command and post the result.
That will tell us what computer resources Rhino is seeing and hopefully will suggest a change.

Thanks

Any idea?

Vincent

Hi Vincent / Daniel -
You are running a cracked version of Rhino, and I would venture a guess, also a cracked copy of V-Ray.

That’s always a possibility as well, of course…
-wim

hello Wim,

Actually No.
We have 2 licences for Rhino and 1 for Vray.
Do you think it would be right to reinstall everything?

And Yes Sorry,
Im Vincent, but my manager is Daniel Gibbons and owns the account .)

Hi Vincent -

How big (both in MB on disk and number of objects in the file) is a file typically when it starts showing this behavior.
What happens when you disable V-Ray in the plug-in manager and restart Rhino?
-wim

100 MB on the disk
22 block instances, 8 curves, 64 surfaces, 37 polysurfaces, 9 extrusions, 52 meshes, 3 SubDs
see screenshot attached.

Please have Daniel contact sales, there is a problem with his account. Thanks.
