This issue has plagued a few users here during the life cycle of Rhino 5 and 6. But I could never get it to repeat on anything other than that user’s computer. But now in V7 it is repeatable on any computer. All you have to do is dock a toolbar beside the command prompt with the Osnap or filters docked too. Close Rhino, re-open and the toolbar moves. In previous versions the Osnap and Filters flipped from side to side, so this isn’t as bad. But it’s still causing some complaints.
Toolbars are locked too. Doesn’t make a difference whether they are or not.
