I’m trying to shell what I thought was a pretty straightforward shape, and getting the “Shell result is not solid” error.
Can’t figure out what’s causing it, or where the “bad” geometry is.
Original shapes were used with BlendCrv to create 3 intermediate sections.
Any help appreciated - thanks

Hi Andrew, have you looked for BadObjects or run Naked Edges?—-Mark

Hi Andrew
The shell command created some naked edges.
If you take your original curves and offset them by the distance you would like, you could loft them all in one go, making sure to move the seams to the corner points. I used straight sections and capped the result for a closed shape without naked edges.

Thanks - the project crashed, so I’ll make note of these & try again if/when it happens.
Thanks Michael - I’ll try this out, but obviously would want to avoid a manual process if an object with more complexity is created, so may look to Grasshopper for offsets.
I’ll also look into avoiding/repairing naked edges, if that’s possible.
