Share/export rhino mac preferences (tools palettes, shading)

Hi all,
could I share/export rhino mac preferences (tools palettes, shading)?
I’ve bought a new mac pro and i want to import all the preferences I’ve created before. It’s possible? I hope not need to recreate all manually…

ExportPreferences
ImportPreferences
