SetView>Cplane>Top Gives Perspective not Ortho Top View Desired

AutoCplane>SetView>Cplane>Top Gives a Perspective View perpendicular to custom Cplane, not Ortho Top View as Desired. At least it does on my system. Shouldn’t it be an Ortho View?

From the help file on Setview:

The view’s projection and construction plane do not change.

I’ve solved this with the help of AI search.

SetView>CPlane>Top appears to always give a perspective with camera perpendicular to the custom cplane,which orbits with any navigation. Not sure why, but that’s aparrently how it works. Only SetView>World>Top provides an ortho view (and only to the World Cplane, of course.)

With a custom Cplane active, typing “plan” into the cli aligns the view ortho to the Cplane.
