Is there a way I can get the section 3d view and put it into a detail in the layout? I am not being able to do it since the detail inside layout dont secction anything. Anyone know how I can achieve this?
I haven’t tried VisualARQ (should work), but a clipping plane can definitely accomplish what you’re looking for. Pay close attention to the options (properties) here.
I can think of several approaches to achieving the desired result. By exploding VisualARQ section drawings, you can also overlay line drawings on the render view.

You can enter to edit the detail (double-clicking on it), then, go to the “Sections” panel, and enable the section.
