In the past I have saved a 3dm file as a dxf file w/o any problems. Today I tried to do it with 7 which is new to me without the part showing up in the dxf file. I also tried exporting it with similar results. Ladder3.3dm (1.9 MB) Assume I am doing something wrong.
Hello - the polysurface is a bad object - run ExtractBadSrf, delete and then Cap the remaining object and export.

Can you turn around around and Open/Import the DXF file you just made back into Rhino?
What application are you using when you try to open the DXF file?
It’s also small.
It looks like it’s been scaled down by a factor of 25.4.
Tried to open in Rhino to verify prior to opening in Chitubox. The part is tiny but the scale factor you mention makes me think there may be a units settings problem that will look into later today. The original was designed in Rhino6 and then that file was recovered when the computer died. When I set up this new computer I upgraded to 7. I’m going to redesign the part in 7 to get this done and hopefully printed and will also look at how the units are set up. Thanks.
