Save RUI As does nothing when editing an individual toolbar

In the new Rhino 9 Toolbar Editor, if I navigate to an individual toolbar (for example default Toolbars > Curve Drawing) and choose File > Save RUI As..., nothing happens.

If I navigate back to default Toolbars and use the same command, the Save As dialog opens normally.

If Save RUI As is only valid at the RUI level, shouldn’t the menu item be disabled when an individual toolbar is selected? Alternatively, it could simply save the parent RUI.

I believe this will be resolved in the BETA released tomorrow, @gijs and I made some improvements to these specific menus.
