Rotate View Around ObjectAtMouseCursor not stored

When setting RotateViewAroundObjectAtMouseCursor to True, the setting is not stored correctly.
After several tries it works, but I don’t know why.

I could repeat the setting-not-sticking, but only the first time. I’ve added
RH-74898 Rhino.Options.View.RotateViewAroundObjectAtMouseCursor doesn’t stick right away

RH-74898 is fixed in the latest WIP
