I haven’t tried to install again but have restarted a few times since this failure.
The troubleshooting link was also a dead end.
Interesting that this is coming across as an error, it’s not supposed to be. Instead, this dialog is asking you to restart your computer to complete the installation. Please restart your computer to complete the installation

Rhino WIP was not installed.
I have just now re-run the installer and it succeeded.
Just thought you should know of a weird install failure.
