Rhino V7 to V8 License Upgrade - EDU vs. Commercial

I currently have a V7 edu license, and would like to upgrade to V8.
Am I correct to understand that I can either:
A) Upgrade my V7 edu license to a V8 edu license for $95
B) Upgrade my V7 edu license to a V8 commercial license by simply buying a commercial upgrade for $395 ($595 after promotion expires in feb)

Correct, if you don’t have EDU status you’ll need to purchase the commercial upgrade.
