Rhino Update issue

I am trying to updated to Rhino 6.3.18064 and I get this error message.

I don’t understand why i think’s it’s offilne I just downloaded the installer.

Update: I tired doing what it says in the dialog box by downloading the redist stuff,but I still get the same message.

There is a bug in the current installer. You need to manually download and install

Downloading and installing the the vc++ 2017 update manually worked. Thanks.
