Rhino surface help

HI Everyone:

Can someone teach me how to variable fillet the two surfaces in the attached file. I’m trying to do a 0.125" fillet at one end then blend the 2 surfaces at the other. I’m not sure how to make this happen though.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Don

Here’s the file.

Hi Don - do you need a precise .125 round fillet there, to meet some existing stuff? Or is a smooth but about .125 radius OK?

HI Pascal.

No, It doesn’t have to be exactly 0.125. Close is good enough.

Thanks,
Don

Hi Don - I don’t know if this is something like what you need?

Very close. How did you do that?

thanks,
Don

Hi Don - I’ll see if I can make a coherent blow-by-blow… hold on a bit.

@Don_Sharp - see the attached - I now see your file is V5 and so you don’t have access to the V6 matchSrf options, which are very handy here.

I see one edge is not well matched - the problem is the green surface is a little too sparsely populated with control points to get a good match - by adding knots (InsertKnot) in the V (short) direction, with the Automatic option, then matchSrf one last time, you can get a good match.
