file stopped opening and screen is black. thought it was the visualarq plugin and have since uninstalled it but the issue continues. seems as if the screen is frozen and can’t click on command bar or anything else.
rhino is able to open on its own but not when opening this specific file.

Hello- please disable all of the plug-ins listed under ‘Rhino plugins that do not ship with Rhino’ in your system info, then close and re-open Rhino - any better? If not also disable the legacy Rhino renderer and restart Rhino. Does that change anything?
Please ensure your power setting are set to performance, you are currently unplugged and if its using the 1 GB Radeon it 's likely the cause (you can also uncheck GPU tessellation as well, a known Radeon driver issue for primary Radeon cards)
Good evening, when I put the box in Rhino 8, I get a black screen. When I remove it by clicking the right mouse button, the gray screen with the grid is restored again. What’s the problem?
