Rhino PDF - quality of the final PDF

Hi to all,

is there a way how to increase PDF quality? When I want to print my layouts quality of final PDF is very poor. However, in approximately 1 of 20 publish proces quality is much better. I found similar problems here, but no solution was presented.

BUG: Rhino PDF poor quality vs other PDF printer

I’ve been printing with rhino pdf for some time, until I decided to do a quick test lately comparing it to bullzip pdf printer. I dont have another pdf printer so I can’t say what the quality would be with other cases, but in this case, the bullzip pdf has better final print resolution at half the resolution settings (300dpi) vs rhino pdf at double resolution (600dpi). See attached. I love rhino pdf for it’s speed, but I prefer bullzip for the quality. Ive tried increasing the dpi settings to 60…

Is there a way, how to improve PDF quality or any better PDF publisher? Thinks like DPI or scale seem to play no role in final quality. I tried vector of raster options as well.

Have you tried this in the V7 Beta?
I half recall seeing some fairly recent fixes going by.
