Rhino keeps loading files, but they don't open ever

Anyone can help me with this problem, I have downloaded the latest version but it didn’t run correctly. I have OS X version 10.9.5

What kinds of files are you trying to open?

Can you create a new model?

Can you save it?

Can you open the model you just saved?

What is your Rhino information from the About Rhinoceros > More info panel?
