Everytime I try to start a figure the app just freeze my entirely screen, and doesn’t save my work. It’s been frustrating. I already uninstalled and reinstalled de app but it didn’t work. I need help!!!

First thing to do is to see if Rhino will start in safe mode (go to the Rhino entry on your start menu or search the start menu for safe mode). If you are successful, run the SystemInfo command in Rhino and post the result here - that’ll give an indication of what might be wrong. Outdated graphics card drivers or underpowered/outdated hardware would be my initial guess.
If Rhino will not start even in safe mode, make sure that your Windows is up-to-date and maybe repair the Rhino installation from the Win system settings.
