Hi I have a issue with RiR not working in Revit 2023. It runs in both Revit 22 and 24. I have RiR 1.16820 installed. I have tried reinstalling multiple times, i have disabled other addins to see if one of them are blocking RiR. Nothing seems to help.

Hi Benjamin, That’s strange, is your install in the typical C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2023\ ? What hotfix are you on?

The way RiR installer has to detect available Revit installations is looking on this registry key.
Could you confirm me that you have this value on yours?

Looks like some Revit installers do not update this registry key correctly.
