Now that Revit 2023 was released, is the corresponding version of Rhino.Inside Revit anywhere close?
A few interesting new features.
None of which affect the existing the components due to all support the previous versions.
- Revit 2018.2
- Revit 2019.1
- Revit 2020.0
- Revit 2021.1
- Revit 2022.0
The version was âdroppedâ a few hrs ago, close would probably be a week or two after release, closer if things go well. We didnât have early access.
Wow thatâs awesome! Unfortunately, I uninstalled Revit 2022 (which I shouldnât yet) and lost access to the daily builds. I will appreciate it very much if youâre able to do me a favour and sent the installation pack to my email *. Many thanks.
Sent and removed your Email address from the post.
Thank you very much!
Unfortunately, it didnât work. There was an error message saying âFailed to initialise the add-in âRhino.Insideâ because the assembly âRhinoInside,Revit\RhinoInside.Revit.AddIn.dllâ does not exist.â
Sorry for the mess, there was a problem with the installrer.
Here it is the new one:

This time it works. Many thanks!
Hi i am sorry to reply here, but wich versions of revit are compatible with RiR?
Hi Leonardo,
See below for current list, ideally 2018.2 will be removed at some point, but at the moment there is no plan to.
- Revit 2018.2
- Revit 2019.1
- Revit 2020.0
- Revit 2021.1
- Revit 2022.0
- Revit 2023.0
Hi, I have previously used RiR version 1.8 for Revit 2022, do I have to I downgrade to 1.7 in order to get it to work with Revit 2023?
2023 has been available for a while (1.6+), have you ran the RiR installer since installing 2023?
