"Rhino.Inside for Autodesk Revit Setup Wizard ended prematurely"

Log works in the same way. Nothing have changed.

We need the log to troubleshoot

Thanks, got it, we’ll take a look. I noticed there was some personal info and removed the file.

The log says successfully installed. Have you tried opening Revit?

Of course, situation not changed.

And we are not seeing it in the Stantec Addin Manager

Are there files here?

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\2023

Thanks, that is odd.

try running the .msi as administrator

If you have anti-virus protection we may need to pause or add an exception as well.

Sorry, dont get it. What the .msi? You mean rhino.inside installer? I done it couple of times it doesent work.

Something is blocking the installer (.msi file), elevating the privileges by right clicking and running as admin or disabling any anti-virus is the way to troubleshoot.

There is not option to run it as administrator already add .msi to exeption in windows anti-virus. Is there anything else that can block the .msi file?

The odd thing is that the installer says it did its job, obviously the files are not there so getting quarantined or something.

Here are instructions to elevate the .msi install via windows CMD dialog

Hi @Ilya_Pavlovych,

Could you please click on ‘Advanced’ here…

And send us what you see there.

Is it like this?
Do you have any entry on this list?

Hi Kike,
No, there nothing like that, there is empty space. But Im glad to say that I solved the problem. The problem was in folder in which I installated Revit. So I just reinstalled Revit in recomended folders and its start working.
Thank you very much for your support.

Yup, that will do it… thanks for the update.

Hey Ilya. I’m facing exactly thew same folder, could you please tell the folder you moved revit to?
