Rhino Crashes on Print Command. What to do?

Every time I try to use the “print” command in Rhino, both 8 and even 7, it crashes the program. Gives me a whitened screen and says “Rhino # not responding.” I am trying to create a vector PDF of my drawing to put it in an IND drawing. I cannot even get to the setting of the print command. It just crashes the second I enter the command. This is my first post, so sorry for any mistakes I’ve made with this post.

help>check for updates you are a few SR behind.

grab the latest Service release and see if it’s been fixed. If not please let us know.

What do you mean by “help>check for updates?” Do I type that in on the Rhino command bar? I am a little lost, sorry.

Hi Maher -

You need to enable updates for Rhino to automatically stay up-to-date. The alternative is to manually download and install updates.
