In the meantime, I just found out (by mere chance) that the Print dialogue does open after about 15 minutes. Print dialogue opens/closes ok afterwards but I get the same issue again every time I start Rhino.

@r.lorenzo - I sent you private messages with a link to our latest build of Rhino 8.6 that has some changes to the printing code to hopefully work around the crash that you are seeing. If anyone else here is experiencing a crash with Rhino and printing, please let me know and we can see if this latest build fixes them.
